Celebrate Father’s Day at the Woodford Reserve Distillery on Sunday, June 16th, 2013 with a brunch in the Dryer House. Ouita Michel’s culinary team will be preparing a gourmet lunch buffet featuring Layered Romaine Salad, Woodford Reserve chicken bourbonnaise, bourbon stave smoked prime rib of beef, loaded new potatoes gratin, grilled “dadatouille”, fresh corn pudding, Midway School pie selection and 2 signature Woodford Reserve Cocktails. Doors open at 12:30 and lunch begins at 1:00 p.m.

Layered Romaine Salad – Chopped romaine, spring mix, grape tomatoes, red onions, sunflower seeds, feta cheese and handmade croutons with bourbon smoked paprika ranch dressing
Woodford Bourbonnaise Chicken – Quartered chicken roasted in our signature rub, then tossed in our signature Woodford Spice Barbecue Sauce
Bourbon Shaved Smoked Prime Rib – served with au jus & creamy house made horseradish
Loaded New Potato Gratin – with Benton’s bacon, chives, white cheddar
Grilled “Dadatouille” – local vegetables classic ratatouille style
Fresh Corn Pudding – Fresh corn off the cob baked in creamy custard
