This event is perfect for any bourbon enthusiast!
Starting at 6 p.m., we’ll bring the bourbon trail right to you as distillery representatives pour samples on our front lawn. The tastes will be paired with hors d’oeuvres from Chef Ouita Michel’s kitchen.
In addition, Holly Hill Inn Bourbon Master, Tim Knittel, will host a special Flavor Wheel Tasting Table featuring Woodford Reserve with sorghum, toasted hazelnuts and dried cherries.
Taste your way through all eight stations with an official Bourbon Trail Passport. Eight samples are included in the price of the event. Extra tastes can be purchased.
At 7 p.m., we’ll move indoors and serve up a lavish buffet dinner, featuring slow-roasted, bourbon-brined prime rib; super-fresh grilled fish from the Florida coast; farm-fresh vegetable side dishes and delicious desserts from the Midway School Bakery.
The famous Pawpaw Pickers will play Bluegrass for cocktails and dinner. Bourbon cocktails and wine specials will be available throughout the evening.
The price of $65 includes the bourbon trail and buffet dinner. A credit card number will be requested to hold the reservation.
