Chef Newman Miller and the team at Harrison Smith House will prepare a seasonal dinner featuring local ingredients and paired Maker’s Mark cocktails. Chef Newman will discuss each course and offer some insights into pairing cocktails and how to source locally. Cocktail hour, weather permitting, will be on the terrace overlooking the Distillery with dinner being served inside.
Cheddar gougeres, aged HSH beer cheese mousse
Pork shoulder terrine, pickles, bourbon mustard, parker house rolls
Watermelon, glazed pork belly, peanuts, cucumber and herb salad
Roasted heritage chicken, sweet corn rice grits, tomato butter, tarragon, crookneck squash
Rosemary cake, local peaches, lemon curd cream
