The Great American Brass Band Festival is a FREE, family event held annually in beautiful Danville, Kentucky on the campus of Centre College and downtown Danville. 2025 will be our 35th festival and every year has been made possible by the generous donations of our sponsors, donors and volunteers. The Great American Brass Band Festival has been showcasing the world's most legendary horn players for over three decades in Danville, Kentucky. Nestled in the heart of the Bluegrass, brass players from all over the world come every summer to display their talents on the world's greatest instruments: horns. The GABBF strives to showcase horns of every kind with their versatility, adaptability, and the glimmer they add to every genre of music. Horns are, unquestionably, the center of every room and you will find no music festival more unique than the Great American Brass Band Festival.
