It’s no secret that the Beam family has a love for fishing. In fact, sixth generation Master Distiller and Fred’s father, Booker Noe, had an undisclosed fishing hole near the distillery so that he could keep a watchful eye on both of his passions. It’s only fitting that we celebrate those passions with a seafood boil that’s as bold and flavorful as our award-winning bourbons.
Following a rare, private tour of the Jim Beam Distillery complete with a premium bourbon tasting, we’ll transport you to the picturesque Knob Creek Guest House nestled softly between the Kentucky hills on the distillery grounds. The fragrant seafood pot and tumble of ingredients will beckon you around a table, elbow-to-elbow with friends, and fingers dusted with red spice. Throw in a selection of expertly crafted Jim Beam Bourbon cocktails, never-before-told fishing stories from Fred, live music by Tony and the Tanlines and lawn games and this will be one summertime feast you won’t want to miss!
