New Years Eve Bourbon Dinner

We will be hosting a private party for New Years Eve at the Elkhorn Tavern. The dinner will begin at 8pm. However, guests are encouraged to arrive any time after 7:30pm for an early Champagne toast!   The dinner will be 4 courses catered by Stein’s with either a straight pour or a cocktail to accompany each course.   • Stuffed mushroom with marinara, sprinkled with parmesan cheese and a balsamic drizzle. Paired with Barrel House Select Small Batch Bourbon.
  • Salad of mixed greens with beets, sweet potato and goat cheese. Served with a balsamic vinaigrette. Paired with Rock Castle Small Batch #20 Bourbon.
  • Braised beef short rib over cheesy grits. Served with roasted brussels sprouts. Paired with King Solomon Rye Whiskey.
  • Vegetarian Option: Mushroom rigatoni with roasted vegetables, tossed in a mushroom cheese sauce. Paired with King Solomon Rye Whiskey. 
  • Dessert choice of: Salted caramel cheesecake with candied pecans. Or a dark chocolate cake with raspberry sauce. Paired with Oak Rum.
Dinner will be from 8pm to 10pm, and the bar will be open if anyone would like other cocktails or beverages to celebrate the New Year.
