In this hands-on, Educational Studio, we’ll explore the science behind different cocktail techniques and ingredients that influence length, complexity, viscosity and smoothness in both classic and contemporary creations, by pushing the frontiers of flavor past that of just the ingredients themselves – much like Bulleit Bourbon being so much more than just the sum of its parts.

Attendees will learn how to use Bulleit Bourbon to build beautiful and simple cocktails with today’s most influential bartenders. Understanding how the base spirit, production methods, and tasting notes can all spark new ideas in the development and experimentation for cocktails, both at the bar and at home.
