This is a fun, explorative class of flavors and creativity! After learning the cocktail flavor profiles required to achieve balance, guests will choose from an assortment of fruits, spices, citrus and herbs to create their own infused bourbon in minutes. The final product will then be used to complete the recipe by making a cocktail, guided by a Liquid Experience Manager, and finished with a garnish of one’s choice from the greenhouse. Craft it, Infuse it, Create it….then sip it!
