Guests receive a Wilderness Trail Distillery logo Glencairn as their souvenir when they visit Thursday through Saturday. The tour highlights the science behind spirit making through their signature sweet mash fermentation process. Tastings are offered at the tour's conclusion. Tours begin in the visitors center and cover fermentation, distillation and a discussion of barrel aging in the barrelhouse.
