Participants are guided through a unique educational and hands-on barrel experience by tasting leaders. Using a copper whiskey thief, sample a variety of Bourbons straight from the barrels and personally pop the barrel bung to draw whiskey into a glass. Enjoy tastes of distillery exclusive wheated, high rye and traditional Bourbons. Following the tasting, a guided tour of the facility, currently under renovation for the installation of a 32’ column still, offers a one-of-a-kind "pardon our dust" guest experience.
