Go back in time to meet Kentucky's first licensed distiller, Evan Williams, and explore recreations of the late 18th Century Louisville wharf and Whiskey Row along Main Street from the 1890s to present. Guests learn how Heaven Hill’s Bernheim Distillery operates and discover the difference from distilling in Evan’s era. Then, guests will see a combination of the two—a state-of-the-art, modern, operating distillery using the same type of pot stills as the early Bourbon-making days.
