The experience will begin with the family history of Kentucky Peerless given by the current fourth and fifth generation family. Corky and Carson Taylor will reminisce on over 130 years of their history with guests. Guests will then be shown the process of making Peerless whiskey from grain to bottle, without ever leaving the building. The grain mill, cooker, fermenters, still, spirits tank, rickhouse and bottling line will all be featured.
The experience will finish in our private speakeasy with Master Distiller Caleb Kilburn guiding the group through a Rye Single Barrel Selection. The barrel selected will be dumped that night for guests to enjoy a tasting straight from the barrel. The Single Barrel Selection will include light hors d'oeuvres. The selected barrel will then be bottled for pickup the next day (one bottle included in price of ticket).
