Join us for a truly exclusive, immersive, and modern Bourbon experience. Located on 100 acres of active farmland inside one of the world's most technically advanced whiskey distilleries, The Bardstown Bourbon Company is a celebration of the art of making whiskey. No secrets, mythical stories, or fabricated legends, Bardstown Bourbon celebrates the craft of making great whiskey and the Bardstown community that brings Bourbon to the world.
This state-of the art distillery not only produces completely custom whiskey for more than 22 different world-class brands, but it's also home of Bottle & Bond Kitchen and Bar, the first full-service Kentucky Bourbon Trail restaurant and bar in a distillery. Named Best New Bourbon Restaurant in Kentucky, Bottle & Bond showcases gourmet fare from Executive Chef Felix Mosso, formerly with the historic Greenbrier Resort, a craft cocktail program, exceptional wine collection, and nearly 200 vintage American whiskeys, including some dating back to the 1800s, curated by renowned whiskey author, Fred Minnick.
Start your evening with a private, behind-the-scenes tour and extensive tasting with Master Distiller, Steve Nally, and John Hargrove, Former Master Distiller of Barton 1792 Distillery and currently Executive Director of Distillery Operations of Bardstown Bourbon Company. You will see the entire distillery and warehouse operation, which are not yet open to the public, you will sample numerous different whiskey distillates, aged Bourbons, and soon-to-be released creations from the Bardstown Bourbon Company.
Next enjoy hand-crafted cocktails paired with a 4-course dinner that includes fresh salads, selection of shareable plates, entree, and dessert in Bottle & Bond Kitchen and Bar, located in the center of the distillery building. David Mandell, President, CEO and one of the founders, will join you to discuss the company and share with you his insights on the industry and what's next for Bardstown Bourbon Company.
Finish the night with a selection of vintage whiskeys from Fred Minnick's curated collection, which includes more than 400 bottles dating from the late 1800s to present, presented by Dan Callaway, Bardstown Bourbon Company's Director of Beverage, Operations, and Bourbon Education.
