Being vegan isn’t easy, especially around Thanksgiving! When Amber’s Vegan Support Group has their space double-booked with a dinner party, their commitment to quitting meat cold turkey is put to the test. Fuel is added to the fire when the group’s fanatical founder’s former fiancé, Craig, arrives arm in arm with her good friend, Bethany! Kathryn, a newbie to the group, tries to salvage the situation by suggestion an intervention, and long-time member Dennis runs with the idea, while trying not to let the cat out of the bag about his feelings for Bethany. The plan is going down smoother than a soy milkshake until someone buys the farm, and the rest of the group is left trying to figure out who dunnit! Includes:​​
  • Three-course meal
    • Starter, Choice of:
      • House Salad - A bed of mixed greens with apples, toasted pecans, dried cranberries, feta & served with balsamic vinaigrette
      • Cowboy Caviar - Corn, black beans, black eyed peas, onions, red pepper, tomatoes and zesty vinaigrette served with tortilla chips
      • Beer Cheese Platter - Hall's on the River Hot-N-Snappy Beer Cheese served with celery, pretzels, and crackers
    • Entree, Choice of:
      • Pimento cheese sandwich - made with a hint of jalapeno and topped with bacon crumbles; served with lettuce & tomato on distiller's bread (vegetarian option with no bacon)
      • Elkhorn Burgoo - made with elk, rabbit, beef & vegetables and served with a corn mash muffin
      • Chicken salad sandwich - made with pecans, celery, and grapes;  served with lettuce & tomato on distiller's bread
      • Kentucky Country Ham & Rolls - served on 3 King's Hawaiian rolls with lettuce, tomato, & honey mayo on the side
    • Side, Choice of: 
      • ​Cowboy Caviar - Corn, black beans, black eyed peas, onions, red pepper, tomatoes and zesty vinaigrette
      • Pasta Salad - Rotini pasta, black olives, tomatoes, feta, red onion, cucumber & salami tossed in greek vinaigrette dressing
