Delight in a dining experience for two and join Castle & Key and Wyatt Sarbacker, head chef of Favor Kitchen in Lexington, KY, for a romantic evening designed for daydreamers. Experience an intimate multi-course dinner menu focusing on the freshest ingredients and cocktails uniquely created to complement each course. Guests will commence the evening with a pre-dinner drink in the Boiler Room and receive first access to purchase the first spirit of Copper & Kings American Brandy Company from The Woolgatherer series, a coffee liqueur made with our Restoration Rye Whiskey overlaid with three chiles, Ancho, Guajillo, and Mulato, to impart a unique spice to the liqueur and Vanilla, Cacao, Clove, and Cassia to envelope the inherent qualities of the Central American coffee. An intimate candle-lit dinner will await guests in the Shooking Building. Couples will be guided through the culinary experience by Chef Wyatt, and cocktails will be presented and served by Christian Smith, Castle & Key Food & Beverage Manager. All guests must be 21+. Check-in and shopping will be held from 5:30 pm-6:00 pm. Dinner will begin at 6:15 pm.
