Taste new make from the day's run, alongside 3 award-winning aged products that were distilled onsite -Square 6 High Rye Bourbon, Square 6 High Rye Rye Whiskey, and Square 6 Wheated Bourbon. Finish your
tasting with a pour of our super-premium Evan Williams 12-Year 101 Proof. Your tasting will be led by one of our talented Artisanal Distillers and give you the unique opportunity to ask questions and learn about our Artisanal products and process at the source. You'll also have the chance to bung and sign the day's barrel. This tasting takes place in a working distillery. However, the day's batch will be done running by the time of your tasting to allow the room to cool to a comfortable temperature for tasting bourbon. Close-toed shoes and appropriate clothing must be worn. All participants must be at least 21 years of age. All participants must sign a safety waiver before attending. Behind The Glass is a flat fee of $400 (before tax and fees) and can accommodate 1-4 people. Behind The Glass is the same price for 1 person as it is for 2, 3 or 4 people. This experience cannot accommodate groups larger than 4 people. Signing a barrel does not guarantee you any future products from that barrel and is for entertainment purposes only.
