In the second of our 2018 Best of Kentucky Summer Dinner Series, we introduce you to a beautiful farm-to-table experience at the Woodford Reserve Distillery.   This evening will feature distillery tours, live music and a beautiful menu featuring the freshest local products available with a selection of paired cocktails included.  Reservations are required and you must be 21 and above to attend. Menu Appetizers Silver Dollar Country Ham Biscuits Homemade Gruyere buttermilk biscuits made with Weisenberger flour and butter stuffed with thinly sliced country ham and Woodford Reserve fig jam Deviled Eggs Traditional Deviled Eggs with a sweet pickle relish Salad Tender local lettuces With preserved lemon, charred spring onion buttermilk dressing, toasted bread crumbs and fresh herbs Entree Blackhawk Farms Wagyu+Angus beef Osso Buco Slow braised bone in beef shank, in a rich bourbon jus Grilled Kentucky Vegetables Grilled sweet peppers, onions, eggplant, summer squash, mushrooms and tomatoes marinated in extra virgin olive oil, lemon and a splash of bourbon Woodford Reserve Grain Bill Parmigiano Risotto We make this “Risotto” using Woodford Reserve’s proprietary grain bill blend. Corn, Rye, Barley simmered in a rich vegetable stock and topped with parmigiano Dessert Bourbon Flavor Wheel Cake malted-milk chocolate cake, sorghum buttercream, Luxardo cherries, dark chocolate glaze, hazelnut sorbet and candied orange peels
