The Anatomy of a Single Barrel is the perfect way to elevate a Bourbon tasting experience! Enjoy three different single barrel samples in a private tasting room, exploring the notes of each specific yeast strain, and how they contribute to the overall flavor profile. A fourth sample is included of the flagship Bulleit Bourbon to symbolize the finished product. Includes a locally made chocolate caramel.

Taste a selection of beer made by local brewing partner, West Sixth Brewery. Each beer is paired with a Bourbon to explore the flavor profiles, nuances and similarities that make this classic combination a long standing crowd favorite.

A timeless cocktail, turned up a notch. No longer just served at cocktail bars, the Smoked Old Fashioned can easily be done at home. The team will educate guests on the history of the Old Fashioned, plus the basics of balancing flavors and using proper technique. Guests will then use the provided tools and instruction to smoke their own cocktail. A fun, interactive class in a group setting. This is a great choice for any number of guests. Learn how to make a new favorite summer cocktail - the Whiskey Smash! This workshop will teach guests about balancing flavor using house made infused simple syrups, local citrus and fruits, and herbs from the greenhouse. Creative and fun, this is a great choice for any number of guests. Private group classes are also available.

This is a fun, explorative class of flavors and creativity! After learning the cocktail flavor profiles required to achieve balance, guests will choose from an assortment of fruits, spices, citrus and herbs to create their own infused bourbon in minutes. The final product will then be used to complete the recipe by making a cocktail, guided by a Liquid Experience Manager, and finished with a garnish of one’s choice from the greenhouse. Craft it, Infuse it, Create it….then sip it!

The Whiskey Sour is a great cocktail to create as one welcomes spring weather. This workshop will teach guests about this classic cocktail — from it's history to proper technique. Then each guest will create a variation, by choosing from a selection of modifiers such as infused simple syrups, citrus, or fruit. Creative and fun, this is a great choice for any number of guests.

This is a full tour of Bulleit Distilling Co. that includes the Visitor Experience, Grounds and Distillery. Guests will board a bus and take a short drive to the production side to learn about modern distillation, sustainability, and their mission of forging ahead into the future of whiskey making. Finish the tour with a full immersive sensory tasting of our signature Bulleit portfolio and single barrel liquid.

Experience the revival of the Sunken Garden, a breathtaking oasis that has been carefully restored to its former glory. Enjoy a tasting experience inside warehouse E, where the distinct flavors of their spirits truly come to life. Finally, enjoy the last stop at Taylorton Station, indulge in Castle & Key fine spirits inside the historic train station.

Enjoy a walking tour of the distillery & grounds, explore the distillation process and conclude the experience with a guided flight tasting of award-winning Bourbons.  During the visit, enjoy the new retail space, interactive archive exhibit and relax in Bar 1888 or on the new patio to sample seasonal cocktail selections or taste one of ten unique recipes or special bottlings.
