Your experience will include site visits to two historic rickhouse locations and one of the newest rickhouse sites in the Commonwealth, Cox’s Creek. Throughout the tour, you will grow to appreciate the complex construction and management of these massive structures but also the variance in flavors and qualities that challenge our distillers in crafting American Whiskey. Alongside Master Distiller Denny Potter, you will experience the sophisticated art of crafting whiskey aged in the 53 Heaven Hill rickhouses, by tasting various ages of whiskey straight from the barrel, as well as tasting previously released products that have aged there.
