1 ounce Willett Family Estate Rye
1 ounce Baardseth Cognac
1 bar spoon Simple Syrup
3 dashes Peychaud’s® Bitters
1 dash Angostura® Bitters
Absinthe rinse and Lemon Twist to garnish
Instructions/Notes
Chill 5-ounce glass. Rinse with absinthe. Stir ingredients, pour neat into chilled glass, and garnish with lemon.
