Join us this December for an incredibly special evening of Pappy Van Winkle bourbon flights curated alongside a 5-course, whole hog dinner prepared by 21c Executive Chefs Jeff Dailey (21c Louisville – Proof on Main), Jeff Seizer (21c Durham – Counting House), and Matthew Daughaday (21c St. Louis, opening 2023).
The evening will kick off with a cocktail reception, followed by collaborative nose-to-tail dishes and Pappy 10yr., 12yr., 15yr., 20yr., and 23yr.
