On Wednesday, January 31st, Bourbons Bistro will host Castle & Key Distillery for an exclusive dinner event starting at 6:00pm.
Head Chef Jereme McFarland will be serving a curated Three Course Dinner with pairings from Castle & Key, including a cocktail made with their signature Harvest Seasonal Gin.
There will be a tasting with each course featuring Restoration Rye, Small Batch, Wheated, and a bonus taste of Castle & Key Single Barrel Bourbon.
$92 per person includes appetizer, salad, and gourmet entrée courses.
Tax and gratuity are included.
Valerie Colella is the guest speaker for the night. She is in charge of the Single Barrel Program at Castle & Key and is a National Brand Ambassador. Valerie will be sharing the unique story behind the spirits being served.
