Cocktails & Bourbon for BBQ!

Learn the basics of making craft cocktails with Bourbon from Executive-Bourbon-Steward Tim Knittel and how to pair Bourbon with different types of BBQ!

Plus get tips on BBQ techniques from Addie’s own Chef Brian and a “BBQ Tasting” dinner showcasing different meats, woods, gourmet sides and desserts.

• Four Roses Small Batch Manhattan: paired with Smoked brisket with a Kentucky black pepper vinegar sauce, celery root and and apple slaw, greens, garnished with crispy gaufrette potatoes
• James E. Pepper 1776 Old Fashioned: paired with Grilled chicken brushed with a tangy Kentucky red sauce, butter poached red potatoes and peaches
• Makers Mark Whiskey Sour: paired with Carolina mustard sauce on top of smoked pulled pork, slices of grilled cornbread and bourbon baked beans

$50 per person plus tax and gratuity. Seating is limited.

(We also have a few dinner-only tickets for $40 as we’ve had a few people want to attend with a spouse or friend and not drink.)

Suggested attire is business casual. If you haven’t been to Addie’s before, there’s plenty of parking!
