As you tour the Neeley Family Distillery, you will learn about their 11 generations of Kentucky distillers and moonshiners—a unique family history that is proudly on display. The family uses traditional methods to make their award-winning Kentucky Bourbon, including triple-copper pot distillation, using a “dona room” to propagate the family yeast strain, sweet mashing, and open-top cypress fermentation. Their completely grain-to-glass distillery was hand-built by the family.
