Log Still Distillery is the proof that you can always come home, and that Bourbon will be built on long standing family traditions. The 300+ acre, family-owned campus is anchored by Log Still Distillery, where you can enjoy Monk’s Road premium Bourbons and Gins in the Tasting Room or book a tour of the recently opened state-of-the-art distillery. Be sure to inquire if the train is running that day. You just may be able to book a train ride to the Distillery. If you’re looking to book an event, The Legacy is a 20,000-square-foot wedding and events venue, where they also offer culinary and cocktail pairing experiences for groups from 10-200. Also included on the campus is The Amp, lodging options, and a 12-acre lake.
Bringing a whole new sound to Kentucky Bourbon, enjoy a show at The Amp, the only amphitheater venue of its kind at a Kentucky distillery. Innovation like this is typical of this seven generation Bourbon family.
Ingredients
2 ounces Monk’s Road ‘Cold Spring’ Bourbon
3/4 ounce Fresh-Squeezed Lemon Juice
3/4 ounce Fresh-Squeezed Orange Juice
3/4 ounce Jack Rudy® Grenadine
1 dash Angostura® Bitters

Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into martini or coupe glass. Garnish with orange twist.
All distilleries offer a tasting at the end of their standard tour. Some offer tasting-only experiences as well. But remember, slow down, savor your experiences and drink responsibly.
Under Kentucky law, visitors can purchase up to 9 liters per customer, per day at distillery gift shops. Options to ship product back to your home may be available. Please consult with each distillery and know that your state laws might prohibit shipping.
While each distillery tour is unique, plan on spending at least an hour and a half at each to tour, taste, and visit the gift shop. Many distilleries offer extended and abbreviated tours in addition to a standard one hour tour. If you’re interested in times for a specific distillery tour, visit that distillery’s website for availability.
While there are no admission fees to visit your favorite distilleries, all distilleries charge a fee for their tours. Some distilleries have abbreviated or extended specialty tours that vary in cost. Please visit each distillery’s website to explore pricing. Be sure to plan ahead. Some distillery tours book up months in advance.
