We offer innovative experiences with pairings to bring out a number of the sensory elements that may otherwise go unnoticed. Our Expedition Bardstown experience pairs Origin Bottled-In-Bond, Discovery #10, and Amrut with different breakfast cereals. The Origin Series Experience goes a step further, pairing each pour with anything from dried cherry, to candied ginger, to cocoa nibs. Each sensory element immerses the mind and sheds new light on each pour.
As the modern bourbon experience, our Louisville location features highly interactive education and tasting experiences, innovative craft cocktails, augmented reality and immersive digital environments, and of course, curated retail merchandise and exclusive bottles.
From Distillery Exclusive Offerings which would be available both here and at the distillery, to Louisville Exclusives that can only be discovered in our space, we always have something special to explore, including special small batches, exclusive single barrels, and exciting new releases.
We are open Monday and Tuesday from 10a-6p, Wednesday and Thursday from 10a-7p and Friday and Saturday from 10a-8p. Please check with us regarding holiday hours.
