1 ounce Bourbon 30 100 Proof Bourbon Whiskey
1 ounce Rivulet Artisan Pecan Whiskey
1 ounce Simple Syrup
4 Dashes Walnut Bitters

For our premium VIP JMatt Private Event, we recommend groups of six or fewer to ensure the most personalized experience. However, we are happy to accommodate larger parties as well. Please reach out to the distillery, and our Consumer Experience Director will assist with all arrangements.
Because ride-sharing and taxi options aren’t always available during our hours, we suggest planning ahead with a car service or Bourbon bus company if you’d rather not drive yourself. Please reach out to the distillery for referrals.
While we don’t have food available at the distillery, there are plenty of great local restaurants close by, and we’re happy to share our favorites with you.
