Based on visions of the future, Second Sight Spirits provides a unique tour experience by showcasing their one-of-a-kind, self-built still and interactive elements in their tasting room. Owned and operated by two childhood friends, Second Sight distills Oak Eye Kentucky Bourbon and fine rums on site in the thriving metropolis of Ludlow. Second Sight was founded in 2014 and is located in the heart of the tri-state area on the banks of the Ohio River, across from Cincinnati.
Second Sight is the world’s only distillery where you can drink spirits from a self-built fortune-telling still, take a mystical ride and lounge while enjoying Kentucky Bourbon.
Ingredients
1 1/2 ounces Second Sight Unbarreled Rum
5 Blackberries
3 Blueberries
4 Fresh Mint Leaves
1 ounce Simple Syrup
3/4 ounce Lime Juice
1/4 cup Club Soda
Instructions/Notes
Place blackberries, blueberries, mint leaves, simple syrup and lime juice into small bowl. Gently muddle mixture. Stir in club soda and rum. Strain to remove berry seeds. Pour into chilled highball glass. Top with crushed ice and garnish with fresh sprigs of mint and berries.

Under Kentucky law, visitors can purchase up to 9 liters per customer, per day at distillery gift shops. Options to ship product back to your home may be available. Please consult with each distillery and know that your state laws might prohibit shipping.
While each distillery tour is unique, plan on spending at least an hour and a half at each to tour, taste, and visit the gift shop. Many distilleries offer extended and abbreviated tours in addition to a standard one hour tour. While there are no admission fees to visit your favorite distilleries, all distilleries charge a fee for their tours. Some distilleries have abbreviated or extended specialty tours that vary in cost. Please visit each distillery’s website to explore pricing. Be sure to plan ahead. Some distillery tours book up months in advance.
