The Farmhouse Harvest Series invites you deep into Preservation’s innovation for an intimate first look at a whiskey the world has never seen…until now. Carefully uncovered by proprietor Marci Palatella and perfected over decades of patient maturation, this rare liquid is finally ready to be revealed!   Hosted by Marci, alongside Master of Maturation Kyle Lloyd, the evening unfolds in the newly renovated Farmhouse at Preservation Distillery & Farm. Guests will enjoy a refined, bourbon-forward four-course dinner by Executive Chef Micheal Palello of Oak & Ember at The Trail Hotel, with each course thoughtfully paired with the unreleased whiskey and other highly allocated Preservation selections.   Guests will be among the first, and few, with the opportunity to purchase the featured release and other select rare bottles before they reach the public. Seating is limited, and each date will not be repeated.   For accommodation and transportation, guests are encouraged to visit our partner, The Trail Hotel, the first bourbon-centric luxury hotel, located just across the street from the distillery.
