Barrel House Distilling Co. was created to keep old traditions alive. They utilize two classic pot stills to distill premium Kentucky Bourbon and other spirits, striving to continue the methods of the old Kentucky distillers. Built inside the barreling house of a historic distillery abandoned for decades, they paved the way for the Distillery District of Lexington. Visit them for a tour and tasting to experience the rich history Lexington has to offer and stick around for a hand crafted cocktail and some delicious food in their Elkhorn Tavern.

2 ounces Barrel House Select Bourbon
1/2 ounce Lemon Juice
1/2 ounce Bordeaux Cherry Syrup
1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
Float of Pinot Noir
Instructions/Notes
In mixing glass, muddle cherry syrup, lemon juice and simple syrup. Add Barrel House Select Bourbon. Shake and pour over ice in large rocks glass. Float with Pinot Noir.
