Ingredients
1 1/2 ounces Left Bank Bourbon
½ ounce Monin Blackberry Syrup
2 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
Prosecco to taste

Mix the Bourbon, syrup, and bitters in the wine glass. Add prosecco to taste. Drop in a fresh blackberry to activate extra effervescence.
