At Uncle Boojie’s Homeplace, guests experience Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey crafted from a 200-year-old family recipe. Open seven days a week (excluding major holidays), the tasting room offers intimate bourbon experiences with small groups. Visitors sample bourbon straight from the barrel—raw, unfiltered, and full of character—while hearing stories of the family’s whiskey-making heritage. Guests may also have the opportunity to bottle and label a barrel selection as a unique keepsake. The experience lasts about an hour, with curated cocktails available afterward. It’s a welcoming introduction to Bourbon, history, and hospitality in Louisville.

Ingredients
1 ounce Uncle Boojie’s Bourbon
3/4 ounce Lemon Juice
3/4 ounce Blackberry Nectar
Top with Prosecco
Instructions/Notes
Combine Bourbon, Lemon Juice and Blackberry Nectar into a shaker tin. Add three pieces of ice and shake until they dissolve. Double strain into a coupe glass. Top with Prosecco. Garnish with Lemon Peel.
